Study On The Development Of The Logistics Of Shanxi Coal Transportation And Sales Group

The logistics management of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group was studied using the newest theoretic production of the application management science and system management science. The major factors on influencing the development of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group were quantitative evaluated by the analysis of both its inner and outer environment using evaluating method of management science. The developing strategy and implementary measurement of coal logistics of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group were given by combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis, which may propose a constructive advice for Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group.The situation and developing trends of Shanxi coal transport and distribution were deeply studied and then a series of effective measurements to promote to achieve its strategic goal were obtained, which may provide useful theoretic basis to make the developing strategy of coal logistics for Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group. It is significant for Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group even for the coal logistics in China to probing into deeply the way to win the strategic goal of coal logistics.The major work in this paper is described as follows:1) The theory on coal logistics and the developing situation of coal logistics in Shanxi Province are presented.2) The quantitative results were obtained by the detailed analysis of both the inner and outer environment of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group, and then the market of coal transport in Shanxi Province was analyzed.3) The strategic orientation, the strategic implementary project in logistics and the security measurement of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group were obtained by the analysis of"the eleventh five years"project of modern logistics and the developing programming of the coal logistics in Shanxi Province using the theory of strategic management.
