Research On The Network Power Based On The Social Network Perspective

Nearly twenty years, network organization becomes a hot research topic. Many scholars discussed network organization governance, but ignored the influence of the network power on the network governance effect and decision-making behavior of network nodes. However the network power affects the economic and social behavior of network nodes, thus affects the operation of the network performance and governance effect. So where is the network power come from, how is the power distributed in the network organization, whether can it be measured by some means or tool, whether can use the distribution proportion of network power to explain the behavior of network nodes? To answer these questions, this paper attempts to study the network power based on the perspective of sociology.This paper uses the method of literature review on the research achievements of predecessors, summed up the network power general theory: using social network theory to analyze the determinants of network power, building the network power theory model, using the social network analysis method to describe network power index, using expert scoring method to determine the weight coefficient of index of network power, building the network power measurement model. In the process of case analysis, adopt interview method to collect relationship data.Based on the research of the network power, the author conclude that node properties affect the network location, network location on behalf of the network power, network power impacts node behavior, based on this construct the theoretical model of network power; The centrality degrees of the network location can be directly used as a measurement of the distribution proportion of network power, based on this built the measurement model of network power; Verified that the distribution metrics of network power can be used to explain and predict the economic and social behavior of network nodes by a case study.With the subject of network power, based on the social network perspective, this paper built the theory model and measurement model of the network power, which will provide a powerful reference for the network organization governance, and plays an important role on the network organization operation performance and the governance effects, as well as explaining and predicting the behavior of the network nodes. Therefore, network power research is one of the important content of network governance research, and has vital theoretical and practical significance.
