Chinese state-owned enterprises are the backbone of the national economy, the state-owned enterprise executive pay issues naturally become a hot topic. First, executive compensation as an incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises play an important role for the development of enterprises. State-owned enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy, it can be said SOE executive pay issue is a big problem related to China’s economic development. In addition, the issue of the state-owned enterprise executive compensation related to the sense of fairness. Due to the special nature of the state-owned enterprise property rights, SOE executive pay has social sensitivity, people tend to judge social justice by comparing the level of executive pay, therefore, for a harmonious society SOE executive pay problem can not be ignored. Previous studies have focused on management science from the perspective of economic efficiency of executive incentive and constraint problem studied, also part of the research involves a fair salary, but most simply from a sociological point of view of fairness and justice to study fair pay distribution problems. I believe that the reality of the issue of executive compensation includes not only the efficiency of incentives but also reflect a more equitable, and can be more understood as a combination for both of it. It is need to use of the subject of economics, management and other advanced theoretical study and practical measures to solve the problem. It also need the guidance of the values of fairness and justice sociology that can be able to solve this problem of state-owned enterprise executive compensation fundamentally. This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, this part of told about the background and significance of the problem, defining the object of study, and research ideas and methods of the article points out the innovation. The second chapter is talk about the basic theory and research literature review of executive pay. It also include literature review of executive pay, as a separate chapter. It can reflecting the existing theory and research to understand and appreciate, through a lot of research literature on executive compensation issues. It also can make a deeper understanding of comparative advantages of different perspectives and research studies under the existing problems through the collation of relevant theory and comparison to understand the whole picture of executive compensation issues. Thus we can find some suitable Chinese state-owned enterprise executive compensation issues theory and research methods to ensure the feasibility research programs to solve specific problems. The third chapter is mainly about the analysis of the current satuation about China’s state-owned enterprise executives remuneration through the evolution of executive compensation, the analyze about the structure and level of remuneration related information, describe the manifestations of executive compensation issues, and the use of sociology the concept of justice as defined executive compensation issues. The last part, including the fourth, fifth two chapters, is the core part and the innovation of this article. The fourth chapter is talk about the cause of our state-owned executive compensation issues and analysis it from different angles, such as economics, management science, sociology. It can reveals the nature of executive pay unjust. The fifth chapter is mainly about the protection of state executive remuneration justice mechanisms and hrecommendations to the sociological concept of a fair value-oriented, combining economics and management from the social level, the corporate level, the government raised the level of state-owned enterprises to ensure the fairness of executive pay mechanisms and measures.This paper tries to analyze Chinese state-owned enterprises through the system of executive compensation issues, from the perspective of interdisciplinary research to provide ideas and suggestions for solving the problem.
