The Evolution Of Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas Of Chongqing City And Its Effect On Economic Growth

This paper mainly research the income gap between urban and rural areas in the process of the evolution path of urbanization and its effect on economic growth. In reference on the basis of related research, the first since the reform and opening up the income gap between urban and rural areas in Chongqing, a preliminary analysis of the evolution of the economic growth characteristics, then explains the theoretical logic in the evolution of the income gap between urban and rural areas, analyzes the income gap between urban and rural areas affects the transmission mechanism of economic growth, and measure the result of the above inspection, finally from the linear, nonlinear, spatial statistical analysis of three different Angle the influence of income gap between urban and rural areas on economic growth.Research conclusions are mainly:(1)the income gap between urban and rural areas in Chongqing are reduced in recent years, but has been greater than the national average high; Chongqing’s economic growth, especially after it become municipalities, speeding up growth.
