The Application Of Switching Power Supply Development Project Quality Management Research

Based on this background, this paper took quality management in industrial control companies as the research object, initially built a new product development process quality management framework model (PQMM-Products Qulity Manager Modal) on switching power supply from new product development process perspective which was based on relevant theories, and then proved its feasibility and effectiveness.First, this paper summarized the literature focused on two aspects:One is the new product development process models, and the other is theories about project quality management including major tools and methods during specific stages. Then a new product development process quality management framework model was built based on relevant theories. Based on this model, this research took a further study and made appropriate extension about quality management on new product development process including major events, tools&methods and issues during specific stages.Based this model, the research took a further study and made appropriate extension about quality management on new product development process including major events, tools and methods during specific stages.Finally, the study illustrated the above-mentioned quality management model in practical applications through case study of A company’s new product development process and proved preliminarily the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
