As market competition intensified,if a company want to make competitive products to win the favor of consumers,they must analysis and research the target market in depth,and insight into the requirement of the target user fully,and accelerate the speed of innovation,which requires the company to strengthen internal management to ensure long-term competitiveness.In this thesis,apply the project management theory,combined with literature analysis,comparative analysis and case study methods to analyzed B company's project management of new product development,found specific management issue and proposed solution.The main research point as below,1)Based on analysis of B company's existing team structure of new product development processes,researched the problem of B company's development process and put forward corresponding solutions;2)Deeply analyzed and researched how to breakdown the development process to phase,steps,tasks and activities,and combine with technical review and business review to reengineer commercial success oriented and high working efficient and coordinative and comprehensive new product development process.At the same time,studied the overall process of B company research and development management process reengineer and brought significant benefits.3)Analyzed B company project scope management,especially study the issues of project scope spreading,project scope changes with PMI project management knowledge.4)Studied B company's project risk management status and problems,such as in-completed risk recognition,in-efficient risk coping activities,and proposed how to improve these situations.Through research and analysis of this article,we can get the same conclusions that the first reason of P company successes in project management of new product development is that P company do a good job to combine theory of project management and new product development knowledge with P company current situation.They have carried on the deeply and systematically analyze for project team structure,new product development process,project scope management,project risk management,and worked out a feasible solution.And the second reason of success is base on the back several factors that well prepared before reengineer;get the support of high-level manager and key stakeholder,the wide range communicate with employees;continuously and deeply push forward after reengineer.
