Research On Formation And Benefit Allocation In Distribution Alliance Of Fruit And Vegetable Products

Agricultural products of fruit and vegetable distribution connect the demand of urban fruit and vegetable products and the supply for rural fruit and vegetable products. It also relate the improvement of famers’ income and the daily living security level of residents’ life. At present, the situation of China’s agricultural products of fruit and vegetable distribution is not satisfactory, low delivery efficiency, high loss rate, delay in delivery, in-transit vehicles and other phenomena are plaguing the distribution of fruit and vegetable agricultural products. This not only increases the price of retail terminal, but also led to urban traffic congestion and other waste problems of resource. The drawbacks are the distribution of fruit and vegetable use its own distribution system. To form an distribution alliance is an effective way to solve above problems under realistic conditions. Revenue distribution reasonable or not decide the solidarity of union members and whether the distribution alliance can function properly.This paper based on the analysis of Fruit and vegetable distribution characteristics, then pointed out that the key issue of the fruit and vegetable distribution is the small distribution volume that can not reach economy scale, the scattered resources caused by privately operation. To argument that form fruit and vegetable distribution alliance can reduce distribution costs, increase distribution efficiency, improve service levels so as to solve above problems. Furthermore, in order to achieve above functional advantages, we explored the fruit and vegetable distribution alliance to clear the relationship between the parties and distribution alliance, describe the joint distribution mode of the distribution alliance, design the organization and optimize distribution alliance business. Finally, innovatived in the way of revenue distribution,divided the revenue distribution of big leagues into two levels, used Nash bargaining model and improved Shapley value to distribute the revenue between two little leagues and gived examples.The main innovation results of this paper are explored the formation and operation of fruit and vegetable distribution alliance under no build distribution center and divided the revenue distribution into two levels and used two different methods to distribute revenue for different levels.
