With the rapid development of E-commerce globally and national support on the information service industry as well as the evolvement of customers' purchasing habit, the e-commerce market gets rising at a full speed along with a large increase of the last-mile distribution in urban logistics. Pressure on the last-mile distribution come in three ways:(1) environmental pollution and city traffic jam;(2) customer requirement on the cost, time, flexibility and personalization;(3) distribution enterprises' limitation on the logistics resources and capabilities, large scale of random small batch of customized orders with high sequence and short time cycle. In order to break through the bottle neck of distribution to increase the efficiency of last-mile delivery, the paper recommend the solution of joint distribution mode for online shopping.Since common delivery being carried on, problem exists like high quantities, small scale, network in a mess, asymmetrical holding of logistics resource, different capabilities of delivery and low information share hold the distribution enterprise will consider how to keep the stability of newly formed alliance during the distribution operation. Based on identifying alliance stability influence factors with the help of the expert, the paper constructs a hierarchical structure model for the indicator system in Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then studies the transition mechanism from instability to stability in the lifecycle of joint distribution alliance. Finally, the paper analyzes the affecting factors on alliance stability and builds an evaluation system to evaluate the stability of a joint distribution alliance with the mathematical method AHP ended with example proof.
