| In order to fit the rapid development of dairy industry, enterprises have to promote their market competition in a full range by taking all factors into consideration. Some of the dairy companies are trying to turn their attention to enhance their distributor’s satisfaction while others are seeking to improve the consumer satisfaction for their products. Playing the important role which connects manufactures and consumers, distributors have the ability of knowing the information of both supply and demand intimately, and can reasonably redeploy resources to the greatest extent, and as a result the efficiency of commodity exchange will be improved and the cost will be reduced at the same time.By reading plenty of related literature, this paper extracts some indicators which have a high degree of recognition from the literature about distributor and customer satisfaction evaluation system of related industries. Besides, by visiting some local distributors, some indicators which are truly important but sacredly concerned before are received. Then this paper presents a new evaluation indicator system of distributor satisfaction in dairy industry combining these two parts of indicators.After that, a questionnaire according to the indicator system was designed to collect a certain amount of data. With the data, the indicator system was optimized by the method of Factor Analysis and the PCA. According to the indicator systems and the data collected before, two satisfaction evaluation models for dairy industry distributors were built by BP neural network.At last, the two models which corresponds different indicator systems were tested with part of the actual data, and compared with each other. The experimental results show that in spite of the different manifestations, both of the two models shows a good performance which means the error between actual output and the expected output fell in the allowable range, and the evaluation results are authentic. |
