According to the reform process of media, social media is the future development;based on the theory of marketing,marketing activities will eventually go back to the "human".When the Internet develops into the micro-blog Era,they tend to combine as one.The Micro-blog marketing has become a new and effective way of marketing in the current.With the increasing number of the micro-blog user, Micro-blog marketing is becoming more and more multifunctional Judging from the theory of marketing, the micro-blog marketing of Chinese enterprise is still in the initial exploratory stage.The huge potential of the marketing is attracting more and more Chinese enterprises into using micro-blog to participate marketing activities. Based on this situation,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the micro-blog marketing theory, it has a strong application value and practical significance to construct an application model of micro-blog marketing. Based on the analysis of present situation of Chinese enterprise micro-blog marketing, the paper tries to discuss the existing problems and reasons,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures, so as to provide some good references for Chinese business in booming micro-blog marketing. The author thinks, the current situation of the Chinese enterprise micro-blog marketing doesn’t pay enough attention, the function is limited, the quality of content is not high and some other problems. If Chinese enterprises want to do something in the micro-blog marketing Blue Ocean, we should try hard from four aspects of social contact、platform、channel、mediato construct the mode, and through the development of management、implementation、 integration、content evaluation and innovation strategy to make the new media--micro-blog marketing could be well used.
