Quality Management Of Hotel Services

Nowadays, with sustained economic development and people’s living standards continue to rise, the whole market has made higher request to hotel service quality than before. Offering top-quality to customers has already become the core of hotel industry competition. Therefore, forging a brand-new hotel service quality management system has become priority among priorities in hotel industry.This dissertation combines the relevant research results of predecessors, starting from implication and requirement of hotel service quality, via analyzing the significance of service quality management, trying to discuss the influence of service quality to hotel economic benefits; by means of lucubrating shortcomings of domestic hotel industry, trying to summarizing certain ways to improve hotel service quality, expecting to enhance hotel comprehensive strength and increase hotel customer satisfaction, pulling off to achieve the maximization of hotel economic benefits.
