Commercial bank is the most important part in the financial system of market economy, is also the most important part of the financial system.Improve the quality of the credit business is an important topic of the commercial bank,and the topic is unable to avoid.Credit structure of Commercial bank is an important factor which effect the quality of credit business.Since2009,due to the influence of the U.S. financial crisis, commercial Banks in China have increased the credit.At the same time,because of the4trillion investment stimulus, commercial Banks have increased credit in urban infrastructure construction and estate industry.Bank obtained a huge growth in credit which stressed credit structural imbalance.How to improve the effect in the credit structure has become an important issue for commercial banks.This thesis based on the credit structure adjustment of CITIC bank,Gansu branch.The paper also based on the field investigation which author has spent three months.According to the analysis the dates which were from2009-2013.Make the conclusion of the elements of total credit structure,customer structure,industry structure an so on.Based on the information asymmetry theory, theory of credit rationing and loan portfolio theory,the author systematic analysis the problems in the credit structural of CITIC bank,Gansu branch.This paper puts forward that the four factors which affect credit structure. Research of the goal and specific strategies of credit structure adjustment of CITIC bank,Gansu branch.Put forward the suggestion of the realization of the credit structure adjustment strategy.In this paper, the research has value on the credit structure adjustment of CITIC bank,Gansu branch.Also make some useful conclusion for other commercial banks.
