With the competition in finance marketing getting fiercer and fiercer, building a favourable corporate culture has become the key point to get the value and aim for any kind of banks. The dissemination of corporate culture could behavior the employees themselves and strengthen the sense of cohesion. In the other hand, it also could harmonize social communications as well as set up corporate images.This thesis analyzes the process of building the corporate culture in Rural Credit Cooperatives(RCCS) in Chengguan District in Lanzhou. According to the related surveys and case studies, make an analysis about the steps of building and spread of corporate culture in Chengguan District. It also includes a research about subject, acceptor, media and contents of the foundation of corporate culture via several questionnaires. Based on the real situation and the result of the questionnaires, I’ve figured out the problems in the building and spread and the cause of these problems. Some suggestions from my point of view are involved in this thesis.The Rural Credit Cooperatives in Chengguan District has been targeted to study the corporate culture spread progress. The system of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Gansu Province, RCCS in Chengguan District has taken the lead in business operation, culture building etc. Hence, the result of this research could satisfy the need of spreading corporate culture in Gansu Province fundamentally. At the same time, it could provide the thoughts and guidance to RCCS in other districts and cities.
