With the rapid development of the national economy, the aerospace industry has also ushered in the peak period of development. Aerospace supply chain management is facing great challenges, especially in the shorter product life cycle, improve the work efficiency etc. to put forward higher requirements.At the same time, combined with the requirements of rapid development of LWS. In recent years, put forward higher request to the scientific research and production and management of electronic components. Facing the urgent need of components not to buy, the contract can not be signed in time, the payment is not timely, not on time delivery, affecting the implementation of the economic benefits, and the normal production. Therefore, we need to LAN the components purchasing process reconstruction, by strengthening the purchasing demand management, improved procurement method, straighten out the contract management process and the establishment of a sound measure supplier management system, so that the components, a procurement management level, enhance its competitiveness.Based on the above research background, this paper based on the review of related theories, first from the basic management of aerospace components requirements, existing components procurement management process analysis of LWS the components procurement management status, through the ASEM to find out the problems existing in the management of component analysis method, and through these problems in-depth analysis the root cause of the problem. Secondly, according to the existing problems and causes, through the overall analysis, puts forward the overall scheme of component procurement process reengineering, and from the components procurement demand process reengineering, components procurement and contract management process reengineering, supplier management process reengineering, components in four aspects of the payment process reengineering were designed for the procurement of the entire process, solves the management the problems in existing components purchasing outstanding, effectively improve the efficiency of management. In the reengineering scheme, mainly through the establishment of the choice of components, simplifying the specification approval process, establishment of components needs pre matching mechanism, change the components procurement way, improve the procurement model, optimal price and procurement management, supplier access evaluation, clear, dynamic management requirements, increase in personnel allocation, strengthen management to process payment plan reengineering. Finally, put forward the implementation of BPR, the revised scheme mainly from the components procurement management organizational improvement, components procurement assessment mechanism, improve the management system, to promote the process implementation in four aspects to complete material information system, to achieve the best effect of business process reengineering.
