Currently, in the world, SMEs have played an important role in the development ofthe national economy, but on the other hand it is the lack of funds it wants to achievegreater development process in the most need to be addressed. After gathering in groupsof SMEs, will have its own characteristics and competitive advantages can generatepowerful information gathering, dispersion effects, will increase the dependence ofcredit to SMEs, while increasing symmetry of information between banks andenterprises, reducing the bank’s credit risks and improve corporate lending availability.Therefore, this paper industry cluster perspective of financing for SMEs within thecluster research.Firstly, outline the theory of industrial cluster and SME financing system,and alsomake an analysis of the relationship between industrial clusters and SMEs,and thenfollowed by a concrete analysis of the financing difficulty of the various constraints,with a view to fully explain lack of SME financing channel constricts the reason; Andthen make a concrete analysis of industrial cluster on the influence of external financingfor SMEs, and used game theory methods to analyze mechanisms of financingadvantages; Finally, based the above analysis provide further suggestions to promoteSME financing within the cluster.
