Research On Data Quality Evaluation Of Tourism Electronic Map

With its rich and colorful thematic information and real-time current potential,tourist electronic map becomes an extension of the traditional electronic map.What’s more, it extends its irreplaceable functional and practical. Then, as the market electronic map is gradually standardized, open and network, at present, the industrialization of the public version of tourist electronic map has been mature, as a relatively new map products. As a kind of map products for tourists and the public, the quality must be strictly controlled.And the producers and users put forward higher requirements about the quality of the map data. As well, they are more and more aware of the importance of map data quality. Due to the map data quality, as the basis of tourist electronic map application, its good or bad will directly affect the breadth and depth of tourist electronic map application. Then, several kinds of introduced quality inspection specifications can’t be completely with corresponding of tourist electronic map data quality elements.So how to do quality inspection and assessment work for this kind of electronic map products, to further improve and improve the quality of tourist electronic map, we urgently need to carry out the map data quality inspection and evaluation work. And furthermore, the work will guide the mapping optimization, and provide excellent real-time, high visualization, availability of tourist map products for the national economic construction and social development.On the basis of analysis of the characteristics and the factors influencing the quality of tourist electronic map data quality, the paper carries out in-depth researches on theory and technology method of tourist electronic map data quality evaluation. Main work and innovation points are as follows:(1) On the basis of comparison and analysis of the electronic map and tourist electronic map, the paper analyses the related current research status about the quality research of tourist electronic map at home and abroad. Then, we propose the data characteristics, the content and its developing trend of tourist electronic map;(2) According to GB/T24356-2009, GB/T18316-2008and GB/T19996-2005, and the influence factors of tourist electronic map data quality, the paper puts forward the quality elements and its child elements, combining with the characteristics of tourist electronic map data. What’s more, the paper focuses on analyzing and checking the data quality,and lay the foundations for the quality evaluation;(3) The cloud theory is applied in the field of tourist electronic map data quality assessment. The feasibility of using cloud model to evaluate the quality of tourist electronic map data is analyzed in depth.The cloud model can combine the randomness and fuzziness with expected value, entropy and hyper entropy and it can get the assessment value according to one conception via a specific algorithm. Experiments show that this quality assessment method is more objective and accurate than the previous evaluation, and its evaluation results can be showed intuitively and delicately.
