Tracing the advanced research of residual oil prediction and correlative subjects, comprehensively applying the geology, coring, oil testing and reservoir dynamic data, the dissertation studys the methods of residual oil prediction, with the theory guidance of development geology, reservoir engineering, with the methods of geological statistics and with the computer. Aiming at reservoir residual oil prediction, this dissertation studys reservoir engineering, numerical simulation, reservoir fine characterization and development dynamic, and provide evidences to residual oil prediction. From the views of reservoir heterogeneity, reservoir engineering, and numerical simulation, the residual oil distribution was predicted comprehensively.Accurate layer division is used to improve the accuracy of geological modeling. Division of the regional index horizons and small layers has provided a powerful support for the top structure modeling. Based on the analysis of property and study of heterogeneity of the reservoir, in order to simulate the allocation of the sand and the heterogeneity better, the effective modeling method for geological parameters has been chosen. The convergent grid was selected to simulate the structure modeling, and the grid of model was designed by "the characteristics of the sediment source and the well network deployment".Finally the structural model was established though using " point data-based, line data correction v. Based on facies controlled model building.Depend on the distribution of physical properties research, we set the Gaussian transform and variogram, and eventually, we establish a reservoir parameter model. On one hand, by means of the analysis of production the development history and potential of the reservoir has been known better. On the other hand, the analysis of well pattern has given a direction on extraction policy.By the way of the history matching using numerical simulation technology, through adjustment of reservoir parameters, the geological characters and the formation heterogeneity have been described more accurately. Finally, the residual oil is simulated.
