China is located between the circum Pacific seismic belt and Eurasian seismic belt.It is great significance to study building structures for seismic. The seismic shakingtable is the most direct and effective means for studying the seismic performance ofstructures, and the most important test equipment to do the anti-seismic ability research.However, as for the limitation of the seismic shaking table to output the command wave,it also makes great limitation on the results of tests, and then have a greater impact onthe study of the seismic performance of buildings.The object of this article is the six degrees of freedom shaking table for three axis.It is analyzed from two aspects: one is the power and signal control system, the other isthe hydraulic transmission system, and studied from the signal collection andtransmission, and the actual operating mode of the whole vibration table. Then, the realdata collected from vibration bench is compared with analog signals to establish modelwhich can conforms to the actual vibration table simulation model. The followingcontents are included:First, this paper establish the model of the incentive mechanism subsystem inmechanical shaking table. On the basis of the shaking table test in carrying idler and thedata of simulation, analyzes the mechanical principle of earthquake simulation shakingtable, use frequency response reaction of actuators to simulate the parameters of eachpart in the actor. And then find the best mate of the unknown parameters for designing,and estimating foregone parameters or adjusting their limits, then complete the localoptimize of the actor.Then, the mechanical model of other components and the general model ofmechanical shaking table are established in SimMechanics. Also, build the geometrymodel of the shaking table in soilworks, and use SimMechanics/soilworks to build themulti-body mechanical model.On the considering of the control system, mechanicalsystem, movement mode and other different factors, it achieve the unity control in threeaspects, and it can be ensure that the transmission of real-time data conversion andrealize the visualization of digital simulation of shaking table.Finally, on the base of the analysis to the control system of vibration table. It is found that the feedback information of three basic parameters control system appearobvious vibration when it is in high frequency phase, result in great waveform distortion.Compared with the reference signal response signal. So, the adaptive inverse control isproposed to control the high frequency phase, and the RLS algorithm is adopted to theidentification of inverse model. According the comparision between the simulation dataand data collected from vibration bench, it is showing that the feasibility and necessityof the adaptive inverse control for high frequency phase.
