Regional water resources quantity is calculated by the water resources quantity of surface water and underground water in a certain research area. Surface water and underground water exists repeating calculation portion that’s repeating calculation quantity. The accuracy of repeating quantity directly influences water resources quantity and directly reflects the conversion degree of each part in mutual conversion process. However, we are now having little study on water resources quantity of San Jiang Plain in China and repeating quantity as the most part in water resources evaluation, therefore, it was chosen by the article as topic to illustrate.This thesis relied on tutor’s scientific research task:(1) Public Welfare Industrial Projects of Ministry of Water Resources:the exploitation of San Jiang Plain water resources,the study of environmental influence-regional water resources water availability and another project as writing background. Some certaininstitutes including, The Song Liao Committee of Ministry of Water Resources, water resources and hydropower, survey,design and research institutes of Heilongjiang Province and the geology department of geological survey institute of 904 hydrogeology engineering geological investigation of Heilongjiang Province, analyzed the existing differences in investigation of underwater water resources of San Jiang Plain with different views and methodsWhat to analyze mainly divided into the scope of evaluation, evaluated by landform and hydro-geological condition, according to the subarea of administrative evaluation and computational formula of evaluation. Parameter of evaluation included rainfall infiltration supply coefficient, watercourse leakage supply coefficient, pond leakage supply coefficient, canal irrigation field supply coefficient, mountain front side direction supply quantity, well irrigation regress supply quantity, specific yield u and rationally analyzing all kinds of contents.The result analyzed suggested that the repeating quantity of water resource was affected by amount of precipitation, surface water body infiltration supply, well irrigation regressor of agricultural irrigation and base flow formed by discharge of underwater. River valley flood plain hole dive area and terrace hole dive area exists good osmotic, surface water body supplies underground water in different forms, the osmotic coefficient of some parts is above 0.20, while the osmotic coefficient of mountain front platform mini hole dive area and monadnock area is around 0.05. relying on all data collected, we can through calculate and analyze the mechanism of production produced by San Jiang Plain water resource approximation values of repeating quantity to ascertain.
