Put forward "smarter planet", accelerate the development of "Digital City" construction, makes the urban development and construction are becoming more and more large-scale and three-dimensional, just rely on the existing planar maps and two-dimensional geographic information has become increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of the development of modern city information, such as city planning, construction, management and other major fields complete solution of the question are urgently need the support of high precision true three-dimensional geographic information.In this paper,based on the 3D reconstruction of Oblique photogrammetry, compared with the traditional 3D reconstruction, oblique photogrammetry model has short production cycle, have grade of surveying and mapping precision,and has the characteristics of high efficiency, high sense of reality and low cost. Oblique photography model not only has rich information, the advantages of the real, intuitive and expressive, and can be controlled by the dynamic and interactive way for city features and monitoring, urban planning, construction and management, with technical means to make up for the inadequacy of city management, ending the extensive management mode of the construction and management of urban planning. This article main research work is mainly manifested in the following several aspects:1) Based on Oblique photogrammetry to 3D reconstruction, this paper expounds in detail the key principles involved are introduced the basic knowledge. Analyzed the oblique photography three-dimensional modeling compared with the traditional advantages of characteristics of 3D modeling, and its advantage of 3D model for the city.2) This article introduces the principle of Oblique photogrammetry, Oblique photogrammetry process of 3D reconstruction.Also for experimental tilt photography measurement data processing, this paper shows the detailed data processing, and generate point cloud model, TIN model and texture mapping, etc., finally got the model of 3D reconstruction based on Oblique photogrammetry.3) Based on 3D model of Oblique photogrammetry,combined with 3D GIS platform established urban planning management application platform, analyzes the building tilt based on photogrammetry technology city 3D model feasibility in urban planning management. Through experimental analysis, Oblique photogrammetry three-dimensional space measurement model can accurately and easily,can also according to the needs of target illumination, visibility,high control analysis, highlighted the Oblique photogrammetry based 3D model the advantages in urban planning management, and the new technology is prospected. |
