The countermeasures under the exogenous network environment is an important area in the study of network countermeasure. This paper mainly studies the players’ local strategy interaction problems in two cases. In the two cases, the strategy choice of the player will be affected by his neighbors’ strategy choice. In the first case, this paper introduces an innovation factor, the action transformation cost, into the ring network, aiming to study the influence of the factor on the player’s action selection. According to the analysis of different parameters, the network structure characteristics which constitute a absorbing set under the condition of different parameters can be concluded. Then the network structure with strong stability will be selected from many states of the absorbing set in different conditions. In the second case, the complementary strategy and alternative factors are introduced in the local strategy interaction. In a given network, this paper examines the strategy choice of the player who is located both within and outside q-core when the strategy are strong(weak)complement and strong(weak) substitute.
