At present, the corrosion of oil-gas field remains a major problem,it not only leads to huge economic losses, but also causes major accidents, bringing casualties and property losses. In this paper, we begin to study the General corrosion of the oil-gas field, Special study on pipe string status and protection methods of corrosion, particular focus on the application of organic polymer coatings, uses the advanced evaluation means of laboratory to evaluate mechanical and anti-corrosion coating evaluation of coatings.This paper researches this method of corrosion control technology at home and abroad, simply introduces the corrosion protection technology used in oil-gas fields currently. From a view of economic point, we recommend most inefficient domestic oil and gas fields to use Organic Protective Coatings for corrosion control technology. Therefore, we study an epoxy coating, the coating has excellent corrosion resistance, It can be used in mild or moderate corrosive environment of most oil-gas field, Bringing extraordinary economic benefits.But for the oil-gas field with high content of hydrogen and high carbon dioxide, it must be used Stainless steel or nickel-based alloy-like materials because of public safety and oil-gas fields safety. Finally, this paper through a series of experiments to verify the corrosion resistance and other good mechanical properties. We use large-scale of precision instruments to optimum formulation of coating and use micro-analytical instruments on coating performance. This paper has established experimental method of a human damage on the coating, it is used to simulate the safety of coating. Through the failure of the coatings to verify the possible security incidents in oil-gas fields. This article also learns from foreign standards in evaluation of sulfonation mud and acid corrosion. Finally we proved that the coating has a good prospect through the on-site installation test and evaluation of oil field produced water.
