Blast furnace gas dry dust removal is advanced gas dust removal process, which is popular because of its significant effect of saving energy and reducing consumption in iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad, and it has brought considerable benefits for the enterprise. However, with the wide application of this process, enterprises in access to energy conservation and emissions reduction benefits at the same time, also gradually exposed the blast furnace gas pipeline corrosion problem quickly. Research has shown that this is mainly due to the dry dust removal of blast furnace gas caused by acidic atmosphere. In order to alleviate the corrosion, reduce cost, production practice, tend to adopt the way of spray to alkali corrosion, however, the measures at the expense of energy-saving benefit at the expense of dry dust removal. Visible, blast furnace gas pipeline corrosion has become dry process dusting technology to further promote the technical bottleneck. According to the above problem, this research mainly on the corrosion mechanism, reason and the key influence factors and corrosion protection measures to carry out the following research work.(1) Discussing the corrosion mechanism of blast furnace gas pipeline from the deep.By field investigation, the paper determines the phenomenon, location and law of blast furnace gas pipeline corrosion. By sampling and chemical analysis, the paper determines the cause of blast furnace gas pipeline corrosion element. By analyzing the dry dust removal process, the paper discusses dry process dusting corrosion mechanism of the gas pipe.(2) Analyzing the causes of the formation of dew point corrosion and affecting factors Fundamentally.By analyzing the characteristics of blast furnace gas, the paper determines the dew point temperature. By analysising the heat transfer of blast furnace gas, the paper determines condensate precipitation amount and the relationship between the ambient temperature. By analysising mass diffusion of chlorine in blast furnace gas, the paper studies the condensate in the chloride ion concentration and the relationship between the ambient temperature.(3) Studying the relation of blast furnace gas temperature and pipeline corrosion from the angle of the experiment.By proceeding the cycle infiltration corrosion accelerating test, the paper studies the relationship between blast furnace gas temperature and pipe carbon steel corrosion rate, and analyzes the characteristics of the corrosion of pipe under different temperature of Blast furnace gas.(4) Putting forward temperature control anticorrosion measures on the principle of dew point corrosion.By studying the principle of dew point corrosion, the paper put forward a measure which can avoid condensation of anti-corrosion by controlling the temperature of blast furnace gas. Through theoretical calculation, the paper discusses to the effect on hot blast stove burning temperature and thermal efficiency by improving the blast furnace gas temperature.
