Presently, with the development of oil industry, oil and gas exploration has gradually become into later period, many exploration problems became research focus. Due to weak degradation and low activity of common surfactant, it does not meet the needs of life and production. So, exploit surface active agent that environment-friendly and high performance has become a trend.N, N’-ethylidene-di(ethyl dodecyl sulfobenzyll) ammonium bromide(HYZ series) was synthesized by using sulfanilic acid,1,2-dibromoethane and 1-bromododecane. Utilize IR and 1H NMR to make primary characterization for target resultant, and research their surface activity, cooperative effects, salt tolerance and foam property. The results show that this Gemini surfactant has good surface activity, well cooperative effects, excellent foam property and salt tolerance ability.Moreover, complex this surfactant with several polymers separately, through filter the polymers, optimization the polymer AP-P4, study stability and interfacial tension with oil of SP binary system. The result shows that this binary system has the ability of lower the oil and water interfacial tension. Chief experiment results are listed as follows:1. Synthesized the HYZ surfactant by the alkylation reaction in the amino, and optimized the reaction conditions by single-factor and orthogonal method.2. Utilize IR and 1H NMR to make primary characterization for target resultant, the results show that structure of target resultant corresponds to which of design basically.3. Determine the ycmc of HYZ, and get the cmc and ycmc value. HYZ-12 has the best surface activity among all values of HYZ, cmc value is 0.5mmol/L, ycmc is 24.5 mN/m. Compared with common surfactants, it has excellent surface activity.4. Study on the effect of salt for surface activity.result shows that salt make the cmc andγcmc value much more lower, The degree of reduction is related the charge number, The higher the number of cation which has larger charge number.5. Study on the effect of temperature for surface activity, result shows that the cmc value increased when the temperature increased, however,γcmc value is decreased.6. Study on the cooperative effect with SDS、DTAB and Triton X-100.the results show that When the molar ratio equal to 3:7, each mixed system with SDS and DTAB have lower value of cmc and ycmc.However, mixed system with TX-100 has the lowest value of cmc, butγcmc increased a little.7. Study on the foam property of HYZ, and determine the foam property by salts of different valence.8. Filter the three polymers of common use in oilfield, and study on the surface activity and stability of HYZ-12/AP-P4 system. Study on the oil-water Interfacial tension of HYZ-12 surfactant solution, result shows that it can reduce oil-water interfacial tension to 10’2 magnitude. At the same time, mixed the AP-P4 and HYZ-12 surfactant, study on the oil-water interfacial behavior of SP binary system, the result shows that the IFT decreased with the increase of HYZ-12 concentration, when the HYZ-12 concentration is closed to cmc, oil-water interfacial tension was very low.
