Hot dip plating is a kind of economic and effective way for surface treatment of steel materials. Hot dip galvanized products play an inestimable and irreplaceable role for prolonging steel life and energy saving. With the development of science and the progress of human society, at the same time the continuous consumption of zinc resources,so the new type of composite alloy coating which have higher corrosion resistance and better economic performance, become the focus of the research and development. Study found that coating which adding appropriate amount of magnesium has many remarkable advantages in hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg alloy coatings,it has good corrosion resistance and resistance to damage, well it becomes the research hot spot.In this paper mainly use cisri independent research and development manufacturing simulator, it can simulate the hot dip plating production line production process conditions. According to the production process, preparation of a certain composition of Zn11Al3Mg0.2Si coated steel.Through comparsion between the galvanized Zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel and other steel mills from commercial production line made of pure zinc and aluminium zinc silicon coated steel, we can know more about Zn11Al3Mg0.2Si coated steel. using scanning electron microscope and spectrometer observation the surface and cross-section microstructure and doing component analysis of different coatings; the corrosion resistance of different coatings are studies by neutral salt spray corrosion test and full immersion test;through X-ray diffractometer, trimming on the surface of a coating on the corrosion products of XRD testing to analysis the phase composition. In addition, coated steel must undergo deformation so it can be made into the corresponding component. To study the electrochemical properties of the coatings by the electrochemical test before and after deformation;comparative analysis of cup drawing, bending deformation before and after Zn11A13Mg0.2Si study on the corrosion resistance of coated steel.Through the comparison, the organizational structure of the hot dip galvanized Zn11A13Mg0.2Si and the corrosion mechanism is analyzed. Paper has the following main results: The corrosion resistance of Zn11Al3Mg0.2Si alloy coating has closely connected with the coating microstructure.Hot dip galvanized Zn11Al3Mg0.2Si alloy layer is more stable than ordinary galvanized layer,it has a meticulous organization, more dense corrosion products.These beneficial characteristics ensure the excellent corrosion resistance of the coating, and evenif under the bad environment.Tensile deformation and cups mutation form have large influence on the corrosion performance of Zn11Al3Mg0.2Si alloy coating for different degree of deformation make the coating surface crack, so the coating corrosion resistance decreased obviously; Deformation can change the electrochemical corrosion properties of coating.Zn11A13Mg0.2Si alloy coating steel trimming part also showed the excellent corrosion resistance, greatly superior to pure zinc coating, the presence of magnesium is the main reason for the improvement of the cutting edges anticorrosive ability...
