Research On Embedded Intelligent Locomotive Safety Control System

As the science technology grows rapidly, the function of the software and hardware had been improved continuously, the greater developed of the sensing technology, the higher demanding of the security and dependability of the electromobile. The initiative protect of the electromobile and the passive protect of the bodywork had been paid more attention when the study of the mining electromobile made. The expensive cost made the popularize of the safety protect system difficultly which was introduced abroad. The program raised in this paper was based in the demanding practically of the mine which would play a important role in the safe transport of the mine to solve the problem of the safety control system which was used in the panel aptitude engine.The safety control system took the Linux as the platform which synthesized some function module which are range finding of the barrier, the test of curve, the monitor of the current, pressure and video frequency. The hardware and software of the system had been developed in this paper, the hardware included the module of the ultrasonic measurement and curve test, the lectotype of the panel system core board, the module of the liquid crystal display, CCD camera-control, power supply and serial ports etc, as while the order of the ultrasonic measurement, curve test and Linux system were included in the sofeware.The anti-interference ability of system was reinforced as the isolate of the Guangou and power supply was applied in the hardware, even if in a meaning environment,the system can work normally.The auto-third class settle, which are whistle, rate-limiting and brake,the real-time monitor of the engine in the move and video frequency as well as the memory move state and video frequency had been completed in these system. The system has been tested by the experiment successfully, the reasonable of the system and security of the move would meet the need of the users and the goal of the anticipate. The broader range, lower cost and the more comprehensive and open-ended of the function bring a more brighter future of the system and make it more practical.
