Sincc Surface enhanced Raman Scattering technology was found, its mechanismand application has become the focus of the study. As the applications of SHRSdepend011the nature of the substrate, so far the substrates of stable, high activity andreproducibility have been made. The nanoparticles ordered iflms assemebled on thesurface of ITO glass was made by the methods of self-assembly andelectrodeposition.and its SERS application effect is good. At the same time, the ITOhas good electircal conductivity, so it can be used as electrodes applied inelectrochemical fields. In this paper, two methods of the preparation of goldnanoparticles orderly film base applied to spectral electrochemical research of thebiological molccules. In the quantitative analysis of catecholamine, due to theelectrochemical signal overlaps, quantitative analysis has been limited. Andchemometrics is an effective method, bccause it is used mathematics, statistics,compuetr science and other basic subjects the theory and method of chemical dataparsing. So try to use the method of combining chemometrics and electrochemical ofcatecholamine hybrid system carires on the preliminary quantitative analysis.This paper mainly covers the following aspects:(1)Thebiref introduction of Raman spectroscopy, the pirnciples and theapplications of SERS technology, and the brief introduction of the gold nanopatriclesordered films in SERS techonology and electrochemical fields.(2)Select glutathione as the main research object, using the gold nanoparticlesordered films was made by the methods of self-assembly research adsorptionconfigurations of glutathione.(3)Select adenine as the main research object, using the self-assembly methodpreparation of the gold nanoparticles ordered films used base on the SERSquantitative analysis.(4)Using the electrodeposition method preparation of the gold nanopatricles ordered iflms base as a new type of electrode, using the combination ofelectrochemical method and chemometircs for quantitative analysis of the mixedsystem of catecholamine.
