Study On Allylation Of Thio - Amide Catalyzed By Palladium (O)

Thioamides have wide applications in many ifelds such as organic synthesis,agricultural and medical chemistry. As a class of improtant synthesis buildingblocks，thioamdies have C，N and S three nucleophilic centers and can react withmany electrophiles to provide vairous signiifcant compounds. Compared to amides,thioaxnides have different electronic properties and exibited unique reactivities.Although wide applications in organic synthesis, thioamides are rarely used as carbonnucleophiles for transition-metal-catalyzed allylic alkylation. In this thesis, we havefocus on Pd-catalyzed a-allylic alkylation of thioamides. The reaction has provided anefficient method for the synthesis of a-allylic alkylation in good yield under mildreaction conditions. The current work includes the following three parts:1，A seires of thioamide compounds were prepared by the reaction of amides andLawesson reagent at relfux in THF.2.Optimal reaction conditions were obtained for the Pd-catalyzed a-allylicalkylation of thioamides by detailed investigation of reaction parameters includingpalladium source，ligand, and base.3.Substrate scope for the a-arylation of thioamides was investigated under theoptimized conditions‘...
