As a member of the blanking equipments family, Numerical Control Turret Punch Press (NCT) has been more and more widely used in the stamping cutting processing industry. With the continuous development of stamping equipments, the structure of NCT is becoming more and more complicated, and the requirement of its working performance is becoming stricter and stricter. However, even the tiniest vibration could destroy the precision or ultra-precision processing when NCT is under the high speed operating condition, and also could cause the damage of the whole NCT. The vibration and dynamic problems of equipment structure has been an important subject in the vibration-control research area these years. Once mastering the dynamic performance of the NCT the damage caused by vibration would be reduced efficiently. Based on the research background of dynamic problems from an enterprise in Jiangsu, CNT of one certen type has been studied from the perspective of the research of dynamic performance of the feed beam system. And the study of the structure improvement has also been done in this paper.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign current development and the dynamic problems of NCT, the dynamics performance and the kinetic equation of the feed beam system had been worked out. On the basis of the research, the integration part theory of the feed beam system also had been studied in the paper.In order to grasp the comprehensive dynamic performance of the feed beam system, experiment research had been conducted with the appropriate experimental method and devices. And the relationship among the dynamic displacement, acceleration and frequency spectrum of the system had been analyzed by using the method of signal processing and wavelet analysis theory in this paper.In consideration of the long design cycle, high cost and complex experiment of the system, a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Theory had been applied in the feed beam system. In this paper, the stress, the dynamic displacement and the acceleration of the system had been analyzed by FEA, under a typical working condition. And the comparison between the two results of FEA and experiment had been done, and drew the conclusion that the FEA theory can provide a professional help during the engineering design cycle.At last, an improved scheme of the beam system had been put forward based on the comparison and research among the theory, experiment and the FEA result, considering the practical application of engineering production. And an experiment had been done on the improved beam system, to prove the affection of the improvement can meet the requirements that the beam system acceleration response increase, rigidity and sensitive response improvement, and instantaneous motion of accuracy improvement.
