Hangjinqi block is located in hilly and gully region with the terrain fluctuation so that the free liquid accumulate in low-lying place, leading to the formation of liquid plug, resulting in a large pressure loss of the gas pipeline, increasing the difficulty of gas field gathering and transferring project. Therefore, the research on the gathering and transferring process is carried out to make the technical support for Hangjinqi block. In this paper, the research on gathering and transferring technology of Hangjinqi block is carried out based on the results of pilot test of 1~#and 2~#gas gathering station.Combined with the hydrate control process, the investment cost, operating cost and applicability of high pressure gas collection cheme and low pressure gas collection cheme are compared, and the downhole throttling low pressure gas gathering scheme is confirmed.According to the operating parameters of the low pressure gas gathering process, the influence factors on the radius of gas collecting such as gas transmission volume, pipeline diameter, produced fluid volume and elevation are analyzed. At last the pipeline diameter and the gas gathering radius are determined by comparing. The pipe network layout of Jin66 wellblock is studied. The OLGA and TGNET softwares are used to simulate the gas pipelines.Through the analysis of Jin66 wellblock gas processing and transmission process, the triethylene glycol dehydration process is simulated with the software of HYSYS,and the simulation of the whole process including gathering and transferring to the outside are completed. Finally, the operation of the gas pipeline is simulated under different working conditions, and the solutions are given for the possible hydrate formation and pipeline effusion problems.
