In recent years, the technology of Collaborative processing the hazardous wastein cement rotary kiln had increased widespread concern. Because of its smallsecondary pollution, sound processing more thoroughly and good economiccharacteristics. The introduction comes from in the dangerous reject heavy metalmaterial, whether they have the influence to the cement product performance and thesecurity, causes discusses hotly. This paper analyzes the feasibility of arsenical sludgedisposal using cement rotary kiln. Through on the sintering process of cement clinker, cement products strength, leaching and other aspects of research, we could initiallydrew the following conclusions:This paper respectively from the influence of arsenic containing sludge oncalcination process and formation of clinker samples affects two aspects to study. Thecalcine process research includes: Through the free calcium oxide test of differentdosage of samples showed that addition of arsenic and arsenic containing sludge incement raw material burning of a certain improvement; Through SEM and XRDanalysis,we found that the samples of organic arsenic (C6H8AsNO3) and arsenicalsludge had no adverse effect in cement clinker mineral morphology and mineralphase. The results were consistent with the results of f-CaO test.Research on clinker samples including: By measuring the flexural andcompressive strength of cement products on the blending of sludge, cementperformance can meet the strength requirements, and reference cement showed noobvious difference. Through experimental study of blended organic arsenic andarsenic sludge curing rate showed that when the concentration of arsenic in the rangeof2%to5%, reaching a saturation point, the curing rate began to decline. Butblending sludge sample curing rate and dosage of B2~B6is proportional to thesample, adding amount of sludge in a ladder shape, but the curing rate changed little,in the range of80.02%~87.08%, and the consistency of literature in the. But the curing rate was slightly higher than the single doped. The leaching of arsenic insamples of different clinker leaching tests showed that: the levels of arsenic with theincrease of the amount of the larger, but are far below the standard stipulated byGB5085.3-1996. BCR results showed that the reducible and oxidizable accounted for39.35%and26.50%indicates when the environment is in reducing or oxidizingcondition still has certain arsenic leaching potential. There are certain risks to thesurrounding environment.
