The research objects in this paper are126developed horizontal wells and40thin-bedded and bottom-water reservoir of low-amplitude, high permeability and lenticle which the wells located in. All of the objects are located in cretaceous Hutubihe reserves in well block Lu-9of Luliang oil field. The performance of horizontal well in thin-bedded and bottom-water reservoir is studied on aimed at the current problems of fast water cut rising rapid production decline and difficult development controlling in horizontal wells.Based on the production technology and the related theory of domestic horizontal well and combining the previous research results, the influence such as horizontal well, geologic feature and mining factors on the thin-bedded and bottom-water reservoir performance are studied by applying the methods such as geology, logging, reservoir engineering and numerical simulation. The main conclusions are as follows:1) The performance of horizontal well is better than vertical well when reservoir thickness is bigger than6m in thin-bedded and bottom-water reservoir. The former production of single well is2to3times the size of the latter. With the decrease of reservoir thickness, horizontal well advantages will gradually weakened.2) The reasonable length of horizontal well is decided. When thickness is bigger than6m, the horizontal well length can be300-350m. If not, since the length has less effect on the production, the reasonable length can be200m.3) Considering the reservoir thickness, bottom aquifer thickness, viscosity of crude oil, the reasonable injection-production well spacing in thin-bedded and bottom-water reservoir is decided to150-200m.
