To meet the needs of the local field development,50×104Nm3/d natural gas desulfurization device was set up in SiChuan Province,and went online in1991.During the long-running process,with the old gas well of exploiting and the development of new fields,original design parameters can not meet the requirements of the purification as the change of gas temperament.In order to ensure the equipment running smoothly,the operating parameters should be adjust timely or the facilities should be revamped.Based on the factsabove,the adaptability of the facilities is studied in this paperin order to maintaining facilities production stationary and saving energy by adjusting the operating parameters timely.The purpose of this paper is using HYSYS simulation software to determine operating parameters after the composition、processing、temperature and pressure of feed gas has changed by single factor experiment and Response Surface Methodology(RSM),and providing a basis parameters for prediction in the adaptability of desulfurization.The energy consumption has been decreased by optimizing the operating parameters of production situation and the main equipments of the desulfurization have been accounted under the optimized process parameters.The results show that the main equipments are meet the demand of the current process except MDEA flash tank.This paper analyses the energy-using of the facilities and reform program for energy conservation.The heat pump distillation process and grad absorption process is put forward to retrofit process by using the the latent heat of vaporization of logistics in the top of the tower and reducing the loss of energy in the process of mass transfer.After simulation calculation and contrast analysis,it shows that the heat pump distillationandgrad absorption proeess can make the energy consumption decreased by29.1%and9.42%when it is compared with traditional process.
