The central gathering station of Yaha Tarim design and dispose condensate gas 320×10~4 Nm~3/d,the production of gas condensate is 50×10~4 t/a,the output of blue gas is 2.7×10~4 t/a.The central gathering station has kept to continuous production at all times since it put into production from October 31,2000.Presently,the central gathering station of Yaha can dispose condensate gas approximately 400×10~4 Nm~3/d, operating load for design value of 125%,gas condensate production is about 70×10~4 t/a, load operation to achieve the designed value of 140%,the production of blue gas is 2.1×10~4 t/a.Otherwise because of the formation temperature changes,the inlet temperature of condensate gas has stepped up to approximately 50℃,over the design temperature 20~30℃.Therefore,the central gathering station of Yaha has exceeded the design value,at the same time the disposal operating condition also has varied greatly.For ensure the central gathering station of Yaha runs safely and placidly, explore the processing capacity before command the basic feature of plants and function actuality.This article relative to the physical circumstances of processing plant for the central gathering station of Yaha in real production.It choose the state equation which is fit for craft computation module.Which based the state equation,it based craft computation module of formant course and proceed analog computation for work process.According to the principle of most optimal technology,conduct process optimization model which object is rasing propane yield and depressing dissipation of energy.Gain the optimum operating parameters through solving optimization model. Simulate calculation result through optimal process,analysis of gas conditioning process flow and equipment(separator,tower etc)in the condensate gas field of Yaha, judge whether the process and equipment lectotype meet the actual work requirements.
