As the quick sustainable development of internal oil industry, low-permeability reservoirs with great potential have becoming in an increasingly prominent place during the course of oilfield development. Given several outstanding problems of low-permeability reservoirs such as poor property, difficult exploitation, high production cost as well as short stable production period, it’s rather important to carry out research on exploitation technology for low-permeability oilfield.H56is a typical low-permeability reservoir whose average permeability is only lmD. Based on reservoir engineering theory, Petro-physics and oil geology, combined with data of geology, well testing and production performance, the paper has studied description of reservoir H56accurately. On the other hand, it has also made a research on the key technologies of water-flooding for low-permeability reservoirs consisting of development layer division, well pattern determination, well spacing establishment, production rate calculation, maintenance for a reasonable level of formation pressure and injection-production ratio, etc.Furthermore, through numerical simulation software, the paper has optimized a best exploitation plan under different injection-production ratio, injection timing and producing rate, providing the prediction result of the dynamic parameters. At last, it can be concluded that:(1) the appropriate well pattern is diamond inverted nine-spot with a reasonable well spacing15.76/km2;(2) the reasonable injection-production ratio is1-2and the reasonable time of water-injection can be figured out meanwhile oil-production;(3) the rational production rate is1.59%. Then^the results show that due to smaller production rate and ratio of Injection-production wells now, the oil recovery can be improved by utilizing well pattern refinement and modifiability.
