The 11 th oil reservoir in Tarim Oilfield is a low porosity and low permeability reservoir,which has poor reservoir physical properties,high reservoir depth,strong heterogeneity,and strong pressure sensitivity.Furthermore,there is a serious shortage of natural energy in this block formation and a serious production decline.At present,the development of the oil field has shown the characteristics of "three lows" : Low water content,low oil recovery rate,low recovery degree.From the review of the development history of low permeability oil field,water injection method can effectively supplement the formation energy and enhance oil recovery and it is the major and effective production mode to increase production in low permeability reservoir.The pressure sensitivity of low-permeability reservoirs leads to a series of problems: the high pressure and low quality of water injection well,difficulties to complement formation energy,fast-decling production and low production capacity in production wells,low oil production rate and so on.Therefore,it is very important to develop a reasonable development technology for the development of low permeability reservoir.This thesis analyzed and studied the reservoir characteristics,reservoir geological parameters,development effect,reserves utilization situation,natural energy situation,and remaining oil distribution.Furthermore,it points out the complex problems existing in the current development of this block.On this basis,it established a geological model in accordance with the actual reservoir,and made a reliable history fitting of the numerical model.In addition,the block development technology policy was made by using the combining means of reservoir analysis method and numerical simulation method,to optimize the design parameters and optimal development plan.In order to work out a reasonable and effective development blueprint of the oilfield,the thesis was established in early water injection and set out a deployment principle of anti nine point injection production well network based on vertical well developed,identified a set of strata,a set of well pattern,classification the grading use,and the orderly replacement measure principle.In addition,this thesis determined the optimal well spacing for the 500 m,optimized the reasonable productivity of oil well as 15t/d,ascertained the reasonable match injection as 45-60m3/d,and set up the best injection production parameters from the initial period of 1.2 to 1.By comparison,the water content and oil recovery of the new schemes have changed a lot,and the field practice has been proved.
