As we known, the hydrocarbon gas miscible flooding technology is available to reach nearly100%of theoretical displacement efficiency. And that is one of the most popular adopting method between the EOR technologies, which has important practical significance for old oilfield developement with well conditions and geological formations. So in this paper we discribe a LPG miscible flooding pilot test in Zarzaitine oilfield of Algeria. From the pilot test result, we analysis the misclible flooding well performance, the ultimate recovery and economic evaluations combined with the practices in the work. As a result, we explored the theoretical and technical foundation for this kind of old oilfield development.In this paper, the short distance pattern of miscible flooding wells are discribed at first. Then the studies with laboratory experiment and numerical simulation results are carried out for oilfield applications. The miscible flooding performance and the oil recovery are got after water alternate gas injection flooding and promot to exsiting well pattern. Through the rich gas miscible flooding pilot study, the effect of miscible flooding recovery in this area and the ultimate recovery situation are expected. In addition, from the economic point of view, we use a special method of economic analysis from the test well production after the general use for this technical and economic analyzes. As a result, we derived that the rich gas miscible flooding technology can achieve benefits for investment and development in the area blocksIn this paper, a lot of theoretical and practical works are carried out, such as the choice of pilot test area with certeny reservoir characteristics, the mechanism anysis for gas injection miscible flooding, the laborary modelling for gas miscible tests and numerical simulations for production performance prediction and so on. In the anysis, a set of technical system method for gas injection flooding are formed with the miscible machanisim and economic evaluations. Basides, this pilot test result has supported a lot of experience for enhancing the oilfield recovery as an important case study.
