| With the rapid development of economy,Cement production has been on therise.Coal consumption which needed for the production is also increasing, thecombustion process of NOxhas also increased and bring great pressure to theenvironment. Lowering the concentration of NOxin a variety of ways,but itwill bring the two pollution and emission reduction effect is relatively small andincreasing the cost of the cement. It is very important for reducing NOxformation byadjusting the process parameters of cement.HSGR not only improves the ratio of solid to gas,but also the technique uses theouter circulation type calciner.It can make the undecomposition materialsfor splitting in the loop circulation type calciner. And greatly improve the thermalefficiency of the preheater, and the thermal stability of the system,andimprove kiln calcium carbonate apparent decomposition rate, so it can reduce the heatload of rotary kiln, it’s benefit forthe technical characteristics of NOxemissionreduction.Firstly, as the starting point that process characteristics, operating features,thearticle depth analysis the mechanism of its low emissions of nitrogen. Secondly, throughsystems engineering practice, the article field studies the HSGR of low nitrogenoptimum operation parameters, control parameters and operating points. Finally,through design of the " various minerals in cement raw meal effects on nitrogentransformation " test, the article discussed calcareous materials, siliceous materials, aluminum and iron raw materials effects on nitrogen transformation. Specific results asfollows:Oxygen concentration, the decomposition temperature of the furnace, the head andtail proportion of working parameters of coal are closely linked with NOxemission. Byadjusting the parameters to control the emission of NOx, and after the adjusting,the NOxemission can decline and the concentration of NOxis154ppm at the chimney.Through our research that various minerals in cement raw meal effects on nitrogentransformation, the minerals can inhibit the release of nitrogen in coal, but the inhibitioneffect is different, the inhibitory effect of limestone is high, the inhibitory effect ofsandstone is low. |
