With the rapid development of automobile industry, auto parts industry also makes aspurt of progress. Automotive textiles due to the advantage of excellent performance, simpleprocess, low cost, become the raw material that automobile manufacturing industryincreasingly favored. The research object of this project is the high performance textilecomposite honeycomb board which currently most car manufacturers favored, and evenaircraft manufacturers accept. Mainly in the process of needle punched cloth and honeycombpanel as the research content, including the main experiments:1. Combining with the production practice, the single factor experiments about hotpressing temperature, hot pressing time, hot pressing pressure as three factors, separatelycarried on, mainly regard the peel strength and wear resistance as the evaluation index. Peelstrength is higher with hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, hot pressing pressureincreasing. But the surface will be rough. The trend curve of wear resistance is increasingfirst and then decreasing with the increase of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, hotpressure.2. According to the experimental data and the actual production, when the ratio of needlepunched cloth of PP/PET is40/60, peel strength and wear resistance are better. When it is150g/m2, the index of needle punched cloth can meet the requirement.3. Comparing Spun-bonded and needle punched nonwoven fabric of PP/PET with theneedle punched nonwoven fabric of PP/PET, the nonwovens through the innovative methodis better on peel strength and wear resistance. Because the new nonwovens make full use ofthe advantages of PP of low melting point and the advantages of wear resistance of PET.4. Finally, take the hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing pressure and hot pressing timeas three factors, based on the theory of preliminary experiment, set up three levels respectively and design three factors with three levels orthogonal experiment. Explored theoptimum technological combination scheme as the hot-pressing temperature is180℃, hot-pressing time is10s, hot pressing pressure is0.2Mpa.
