The main works of the thesis are listed as follow:The chirality and enantioseparation were introduced. The progress of Salencomplex for asymmetrical catalyst and chiral separation was summarized.The compounds of2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and2,3,5-trihydroxy-benzaldehyde were synthesized.After reacting between2,5–dihydroxybenzaldehyde or2,3,5–trihydroxy-benzaldehyde with chiral cyclohexyl diamine, two complexes of Salen-Cu(II) wereobtained.The lauroyl-L-phenylalanine and lauroyl-L-histidine were preparedrespectively.In order to study the new chiral column, we bonded the Salen-Cu(II) complexon the surface of amino propyl silica gel by the diisocyanate. In the water condition atroom temperature, we also test the chiral recognition characteristic of lauroyl-L-phenylalanine and lauroyl-L-histidine for racemate of p-hydroxyphenyl glycine. |
