| Two good water-soluble polymer quaternary ammonium salts have been researched inthis paper, and the degree of polymerization and the quaternary ammonium grafting ratehave been measured. In this paper, through bolt method, electrochemical method,thermodynamic and environmental scanning electron microscope (SEM) method for thetwo kinds of corrosion inhibitors on Q235steel in18%hydrochloric acid mediumcorrosion inhibition behavior are studied. The results show that the molecular weight of thepolymer pyridine quaternary ammonium salt is small, its degree of polymerization is3,which is a kind of small molecule oligomer; Polymer quinoline quaternary ammonium saltpolymer molecular weight of2258, and the average degree of polymerization is24. Theinhibition efficiency of polymer pyridine quaternary ammonium salt reaches98.34%at60℃when theconcentration of the compound is800mg/L.While at50℃when theconcentration of the compound is500mg/L, the inhibition efficiency of polymer quinolinequaternary ammonium salt reaches98.61%. The corrosion property of polymer quinolinequaternary ammonium salt is better than pyridine quaternary ammonium salt. Studied byelectrochemical tests of the corrosion mechanism of corrosion inhibitors, the two kinds ofcorrosion inhibitors work as anode inhibited type corrosion inhibitor at30℃,50℃; theperformance for two kinds of corrosion inhibitors is give priority to in order to suppress thecathode reaction of mixed corrosion inhibitor at60℃,70℃. Electrochemical impedancespectra show that the polymer quaternary ammonium salt plays a role of corrosion inhibitor,the reaction mechanism of no change ofYin and Yang very.Through thermodynamics study found that after joining corrosion inhibitors, theapparent activation energy of corrosion system and refers to the former factor has changed,activation energy Ea, refers to the former factor Asmaller. Before the activation energy andrefers to factors, under the joint action of sheet steel in adding polymer inhibitor systemcorrosion rate significantly decreased. Polymer adsorption conforms to give play to the roleof corrosion lundgren Samuel, adsorption model such as temperature, corrosion ratedecreases as the temperature increases.The adsorption models of these inhibitors are all in line with Langmiur isotherm model, and their adsorption process is spontaneous exothermicprocess. |
