Into a new era, China’s increasingly serious environmental pollution, especially industrial waste water emissions, quite serious pollution to water environment. Electroplating industry is one of the most polluting industries worldwide, electroplating may produce toxic orharmful waste water in the production process, the wastewater contains large amounts of heavy metals (gold, silver, chromium, copper, nickel, lead, cyanide and other organic substances). If untreated or treated not reach the national emission standard requirements, it is very likely to cause serious harm to living things and human beings. The six valence chromium (VI) Cr, toxic, carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic can. In addition, chromium is constantly moving in geological system, and can seep into groundwater aquifers, very difficult to control, so the content of heavy metal in electroplating wastewater treatment to the standard level, is a major subject of our research.Taking the engineering practical application as the core, supplemented by experimental study, treatment of electroplating wastewater, and explore a set of new processing technology, the whole process is divided into three parts, first using the traditional treatment process for pretreatment of wastewater, reuse of heavy metal trapping method of chromium, nickel, copper respectively wastewater advanced treatment, follow-up wastewater intothebiochemical treatment system, further reducing the content of COD in the waste water, waste water discharge standards to ensure.Heavy metal chelating agent and ferric salt and other chemicals, named (FZ),20% aqueous solution of the effective content of anionic complexes.
