With the continuous development of Daqing oilfield, the exploration work in recent years increasing the difficulty of drilling geological condition becomes more and more complex, drilling technical difficulties faced is becoming more and more serious, some block drilling work generally show low ROP, complicated down hole problems such as much, on the South three block, the block faults, strata angle changes, the formation fracture pressure is low, because of the special structure, which leads to frequent in drilling construction process of well leakage, blowout accident, these have greatly limited the drilling speed increased, with large reservoir protection difficulty, it is necessary to adopt new technology, new method, new tools, to further improve the mechanical drilling speed, improve the supporting technology to accelerate the pace of three, the Daqing oilfield exploration and development, shorten the period of construction, saving the cost of the exploration and development, has important significance of accelerating the development of Daqing oilfield.In this paper, through the research to carry out the South District three efficient and fast drilling technique, we obtain the following understanding:(1) Based on analysis of the geological structure characteristics of three area of Daqing oil field south, through 3D seismic interpretation results, a new understanding of the distribution of the structural features and fault in western South two or three areas: fault number increased significantly, increasing 70 faults, the new fault throw is mainly in the 10 metres below the nee trend; the fault is obviously increased, not combined the previous fault, constitute the main two faults in the trend; the zone in the East, near the anticlinal axis, developed a series of small fault fan-shaped distribution, for the performance of structure formation in the pressure torque under the action of the syndrome.(2) The South three blocks are easy to shallow blowout, Yasui Sha, casing damage in old wells is serious, prone to leakage and other well drilling construction difficulty, in the past the complex accident, well leakage phenomenon is most serious, the reasons include: one is in the drilling process, because of the abnormal high pressure often use the higher drilling fluid density, two due to a large number of fault distribution in this area, the formation fracture pressure is low.(3) According to the characters of block formation, carry out the research on the drilling technology of surface and two open drilling technology research, preferably one or two open bit type, type of bit and BHA and drilling parameters were optimized, and the stable assembly of mechanical analysis, to further improve the directional well drilling tool combination design. Different geological conditions were given, in favor of BHA design method of wellbore trajectory control.(4) The optimization of a drilling and drilling fluid formulation before and after aggravating, drilling fluid performance more stable, can effectively avoid the occurrence of leakage of drilling well borehole collapse and other accidents, improve the lubricity, anti balling, well sloughing drilling fluid system, based on the characteristics of the block in the process of drilling to well leakage. By classification of aggravating leak proof plugging while drilling technology and drilling technology, reduce the occurrence of the block of well leakage accidents.(5) The theoretical analysis of composite driver during drilling, bending angle impact of expanding rate and BHA friction of borehole, the results show that the composite drive drilling technology can effectively improve the hole enlargement ratio, according to the characteristics of the block bottom, the optimization of 3D detouring well drilling technology, combined with the directional wellbore anti-collision warning the system, which can effectively improve the drilling speed, guarantee the drilling efficiency; further optimization of the three south block supporting the completion of technical measures, the middle cementing efficiency and cementing quality technology, reservoir pre wash double coagulation anti gas channeling cementing technology, vortex shear vibration cementing technique and prevention of pipe out technology greatly improved through the casing.
