The ordinary cement concrete and mortar have enough compressive strength, but they also have a lot of shortcomings. For example, it often caused to the cracking and have the poor water resistance because they can not run up to the requirements on the performance of tensile strength, toughness and durability frequently and have not good adhesion on steel, concrete or other materials. Therefore, the synthetic latex modified Portland cement haven been developed in order to improve these defects, so the waterproof of cement and its ear-resisting as well as the corrosion resistance of cement can be improved.Through the structure properties of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex cement type analysis, and extensive use of cement modified agent in the modern construction industry requirements, developed in this paper will be of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex cement as the main research direction, compared with the common styrene butadiene latex, have improve application processing properties of latex and latex properties. The carboxyl group to join, improved the adhesion of latex on other substances, promote latex application of membrane tensile strength and solvent resistanceAccording to the market and user on latex performance needs, in the laboratory and pilot plant study of relevant technology and engineering factors on affecting the polymerization, including the research of styrene butadiene ratio and the carboxyl group content, and various additives added amount of analysis of the effect of physical latex can, on the basis of the completion of the basic formula and the process of testing conditions, recommended the basic parameters of industrial test...
