In order to study the heat treatment on 1Cr5Mo steel’s mechanical properties and microstructure, 1Cr5Mo steel ingot produced by Baosteel was used as experiment rolled steel and the steel ingot was forged into a steel plate with thickness of 25 mm. Depend on different heat treatment processing, we investigate the heat treatment processing effect on the structure and mechanical properties of steel. The rolled was further forged as welded plate, the residual stress after welding was test by X-ray residual stress measurement instrument, the change of mechanical properties and resisting stress corrosion properties was tested under the effect on stress and corrosion medium and we further analyzed their effect on structure and mechanical properties.The weld of 1 Cr5Mo steel was studied by different heat treatments under the high temperature, pressure and corrosive environment, material microstructure and mechanical properties was also analyzed. The main research contents contains:(1) heat treatment process for 1CrSMo steel and the influence on the mechanical properties and microstructure by different heat treatment process was studied. (2) Using the X-ray measuring instrument test the residual stress of the welding specimen;(3)the influence of different heat treatment process on the welding specimen’s residual stress after welding was researched;(4) Analyzed different specimens’residual stress through different heat treatment, mechanical properties and stress corrosion resistance of the specimens was studied under the residual stress and corrosive medium.The experiment result indicated that commercialize 1Cr5Mo steel need annealing treatment to satisfy the standard requirements of tensile strength, elongation and brinell. The annealing cooling rate has significant effect on the mechanical properties and microstructure of samples. With the decreased of annealing cooling rate, the tensile strength, yield strength, brinell decreased and ductility increased gradually. During welding process, the residual stress has significant effect on the stress corrosion properties, High residual tensile stress can cause high temperature stress corrosion properties significantly reducing welding residual stress significantly affect the performance of high temperature stress corrosion sample, slow strain tensile strength and fracture strain and decreased with increment of residual stress.The study has practical value studied on the application of the 1Cr5Mo steel in petrochemical plants, and is important to receive the impact of heat treatment after welding 1Cr5Mo steel’s microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints.
