Huan D block locates at updip part in south of western slope of western depressed area of Liaohe fault depression. It’s main development intended interval is Xinglongtai oil layer. Reservoir buried depth is 600m-860 m, oil-bearing area is 3.45km2.Huan D block of Xinglongtai oil layer formally put into development in 1989. Through multiple extension and adjust deployment frequently, until now the block totally has 409 wells, 108 open wells, daily fluid production rate is 2151m3/d, daily oil production rate is 177t/d, composite water cut is 92.7%, oil production rate is 0.29%, reserve recovery degree is 25.3%, cumulative oil/gas ratio is 0.47, and cumulative coefficient of recovery is 128.3%. Huan D block of Xinglongtai oil layer has been producted over 20 years, it is in the stage of high round, high water cut, and high reserve recovery degree. The block is faced with various problems on production, such as poor well condition, low production capacity, short treating effective time, severe water intrusion, etc. Due to smaller steam stimulation potential, the block urgent need to be done the reasearch on transfer development mode..This paper studies Fine geologic research of Huan D block. Analysis of formation characteristics, fine structure, deposition characteristics, reservoir characteristics, fluid property, reservoir pressure and temperature.This paper studies Reservoir engineering analysis of Huan D block. To Xinglongtai Oil Layer Huan D Block as the target block, Starting from the dynamic and static data, Comprehensive evaluation of the use of steam stimulation of the reservoir conditions, Remaining oil distribution and Distribution of flooding conditions. Further clarify the problems of reservoir stimulation and potential.This paper studies secondary development feasibility of Huan D block. On the basis of the late convert heavy oil reservoir stimulation of research on development mode, According to the actual situation of the reservoir, Combined analysis of experimentation effects currently implemented separately in Huan West Block. Conduct a feasibility study on SAGD, Fire flooding and steam flooding and other development mode. It considers currently Steam flooding has strong adaptability of reservoir, and conducted study of Reservoir engineering design optimization, determine the reservoir engineering design points.
