Technology of steam thermal recovery is ma ture mining technology in the light of heavy oil reservoirs in medium high permeability layer, It can test out changes of crude oil rheology in the use of sensitive degree of crude oil viscosity temperature, and then improve the recovery ratio of crude oil. This article tested on the Fuyu Eastern 40 blocks experimentally with the thermodynamic principles of steam, comparison and a nalysis on the relevant mechanics after study results,and the influencing factors to be considered in the process of experiments.With the analysis of structure characteristics, exploration characteristics and formation fluid characteristics and pressure temperature of Fuyu east side blocks,it analysed the pro-perties of the oil deeply. The distribution of residual oil is discussed through the 3D geological modeling and water flooding production dynamic history match.With the research of feasibility of steam themal recovery,it carried out the effect evaluation of the experiments of steam stimulation and steam flooding. At last,the ar ticle carried out the corresponding optimal designto the steam thermal probe 40 block mining scheme and carried out some suggestions to the the deficiency of injection production plan.
