Pipeline inspection technology pipeline integrity management(including pipeline applicability evaluation and risk assessment) the basis and premise. Rely on the integrity of the evaluation of pipeline inspection technology and avoid unnecessary and unplanned equipment replacement and maintenance, thus truly prevention-based security policy, to extend the life of the pipeline to a greater extent and get great value for money. Pipeline inspection technology included in the pipeline inspection technology and pipe outer detection technology. Currently, the detection of the pipeline is more widely accepted view is that the use of intelligent detector in the detection of pipeline implementation. International and domestic currently the most commonly used in the detection technology is the magnetic flux leakage detection technology.This paper analyzes and studies the internal pipeline inspection technology, as well as improvements in the detector research, and from solid modeling(metal pipe detector), including the host, the data processing system and auxiliary equipment of three parts.Research conducted within the basic theory pipeline inspection; conduct research and testing equipment; conducted a study of the positioning of the detector; conduct test data collection, storage, analysis software; completed a simulation test; completed field trials.This paper presents the development of Φ377 detector, so that the progress we have made a breakthrough in the study of metal pipe detection technology that allows us to master the core technology in the pipeline inspection, we did it improve the detection equipment within the detection accuracy and enhanced equipment to adapt to the target range.
