The reservoir physical parameter of Es2 in block Niu 74 is poorer, affected by such factors as reservoir development and physical, there is a high decline rate in production and high growth in water conten t. To improve the development effect of the low permeability reservoir and enhanced oil recovery, the reservoir characteristics and the distribution of oil and water that merit future research.In this paper, by logging, core analysis, test, earthquake and data analysis of sedimentary facies, rebuild the interpretation models for porosity, permeability, water saturation, haliness of Shahejie formation, completed the recalculation of 44 wells in the studied area. By using stepwise discriminant analysis, oil-water cross charting and logging curve, competed the oil water layer identification of 44 wells, the rate more than 92.86%, the rate of cross charting more than 85%. Based on the log interpretation, seismic interpretation and the research of sedimentary facies study, the 3D geological model of the target is generated using random model based on Petrel software, the results accords with geological law, which is more intuitive for us to research the spatial distribution characteristics of the reservoir physical parameter. By using existing data of production performance combined with the result of oil and water identification, analysed the distribution regularity of oil and water layer in the plane and profile, this study shows that the distribution of oil and water are mainly controlled by tectonic factors, secondly influenced by the distribution of reservoir, belongs to structure and lithologic reservoirs, uniform oil and water interface is inexistence. Eventually finished the calculation of reserves, the result of oil reserves is 436.4×104t which 22.7×104t less than459.1×104t latest repore.
