Oily sludge is produced in the process of production of petrochemical industry solid wastes, especially in the oil field production, which not only caused serious damage to the environment of oilfield and enormous waste of crude oil resources, adopt appropriate technology timely and effective treatment of oily sludge, the recovery of crude oil resources as much as possible is very important. In this paper, taking the oily sludge in Daqing oilfield as the research object, research on the process conditions of hot washing technology treatment of oily sludge, and preparation of the three different types of flocculants for oily sludge conditioning, are organic cationic flocculant, inorganic polymer flocculant, inorganic-organic compound flocculant, by single factor and orthogonal experiments to determine the optimum process conditions of preparation, and applied to the hot washing technology treatment of oily sludge.Hot washing technology treatment of oily sludge research results show that, according to the liquid-solid ratio 4:1, add the field demulsifier and flocculant conditioning, hot wash temperature 50℃, the system pH=8, stirring speed 140r/min, hot washing time 30 min, hot wash two times, Under the optimal conditions for hot washing treatment of oily sludge, the oily sludge deoiling rate up to 82.34%.Organic cationic flocculant experiments research result show that, with triethylenetetramine(TETA), epichlorohydrin(ECH), triethanolamine(TEA) as raw material, preparation of organic cationic flocculant, the best preparation conditions were: n(ECH):n(TEA)=4:1, m(TETA)/m(TEA+ECH)=3%, the reaction temperature is 60℃, the reaction time is 6h, under the optimum conditions for preparation of the flocculant, oily sludge deoiling rate reached 68.97%, paired with the demulsifiers for the oily sludge deoiling rate up to 82.34%;inorganic polymer flocculant experiments research result show that, with Sodium silicate, ferric sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate as raw materials, preparation of inorganic polymer flocculant: poly-silicate-ferric-magnesium-zinc flocculant, the best preparation conditions were: n(Fe):n(Mg):n(Zn):n(Si)=1:1:1:2, the reaction temperature is 30℃, the reaction time is 30 min, under the optimum conditions for preparation of the flocculant, oily sludge deoiling rate reached 82.79%;Inorganic-organic compound flocculant experiments research result show that, with Corn starch, sodium hydroxide(NaOH), cationic etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(CHPTMA), polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) as raw material, preparation of inorganic-organic compound flocculant: PFS-quaternary ammonium cation modified starch composite flocculant, the best preparation conditions were: m(PFS):(quaternary ammonium cation modified starch)=3:1, the system p H=8, the reaction temperature is 60℃, the reaction time is 4h, under the optimum conditions for preparation of the flocculant, oily sludge deoiling rate reached 82.25%.
